About nib and GreenPass

nib will collect your name and email address to confirm your membership with GreenPass. You can choose to share additional personal information with nib through your interaction with the GreenPass product, for example, nib Rewards and the Well with nib App. For nib health insurance members, your participation or non-participation in programs or features during your GreenPass product journey will not impact your nib health insurance membership in any way. We take steps to protect your personal information and only share it with nib Group and affiliates for marketing and research purposes.

Logging in and managing GreenPass
If you chose to join Advanced GreenPass, you’ll get a confirmation that your payment was cleared at the end. You will also receive a welcome email from us if your membership was successful. If you don’t receive the welcome email, we suggest checking your spam folder. You can also check your bank transaction records to confirm that your payment was received.
We are working on a feature to allow you to self-manage your membership. In the meantime, if you need to change your details, change your membership, or have any other questions, you can contact us on [email protected].
You will no longer be able to use the Well with nib App and will lose access to the discounts and offers you’ve unlocked. Advanced GreenPass members will also be ineligible for nib-exclusive pricing at dentists, physiotherapists, and optical centres in our network.
We will notify you that you’re nearing the end of your free period and confirm if you would like to continue subscribing to receive the benefits of Advanced GreenPass.
You can log in with the email you provided when you joined GreenPass. No need to remember your password because you will receive a one-time code sent to your email each time you log in. Enter the code and you will have access to your GreenPass benefits.

GreenPass features
The more you track your health and fitness journey, the more points you earn!
There are a total of four levels you can unlock: Rookie, Challenger, Pro, and Master. Basic GreenPass members start on Rookie, whereas Advanced GreenPass members start on Challenger.
Healthy behaviours that earn you points include completing the app’s health check, connecting your fitness tracker, reading articles for health care tips, logging sleep, and more.

The Well with nib App is available for all GreenPass and nib health insurance members over the age of 18. You must have your individual email address registered with nib.

The first time you log in, you’ll need to enter the email address linked to your nib account and a verification code. Once you’re in, you can enable fingerprint or facial recognition and set a pin code for quick and easy access the next time you use the app.

You can sync Fitbit, Garmin and Apple Watch devices, and the Apple Health and Google Fit apps. If you use a device that isn't on the list, try syncing it with Apple Health or Google Fit!

Once you’re in the app, simply go to the menu and select “Connect a Device”, then follow the steps from there. Make sure your tracking app or wearable is correctly set up and syncing first.
