We believe we all have a role to play in reconciliation and nib is committed to creating and ensuring an inclusive and diverse community and work environment in which everyone is treated fairly and with respect, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. In October 2020, we released our first Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan in consultation with Reconciliation Australia.
