1. Go to My nib at the top of the website.

2. Once the log in page appears, select Login.

3. Enter the email address or phone number registered to your policy and select Next.

   • If you choose to log in with your phone number, then you will also be prompted to enter your member number. Your member number can be found on the front of your nib card.

4. A verification code will be sent to you. Enter the code and select Next.

With the nib App, you can:

• quickly submit a claim by taking a photo of your receipt

• check your remaining extra benefits

• search for a healthcare professional in our networks

• view your policy

• update your personal details

• order a new member card

• access nib Rewards

To change your cover or excess amount, you’ll need to go to Online Services. To change your name or the state you live in, you’ll need to call us.
