After your first month of membership, and provided your premium payments are up to date, you can access Rewards via Online Services or download the nib App.

Update your preferred contact method to email and you’ll receive the latest deals straight to your inbox in your monthly subscription to The Check Up newsletter.

If you can't log in, make sure you're entering the unique email address registered to you in member account and that it's not also registered to another member on your policy. If you're not the policyholder and you haven't added your individual email address, ask the policyholder to add it for you in their member account.

You will need to serve your first 30 days of your nib membership with us first to access your rewards. You won’t have access to Rewards if you have suspended or cancelled your policy or your premiums are not up to date.

Head to the Rewards portal, and in the top menu select My Account. You can download your voucher by selecting View Order.

If you are still waiting for the voucher to arrive via email, some email servers can experience delays. Please allow until close of business the following business day for delivery. Vouchers will be sent from the email address [email protected]. Check your spam filters to ensure you can receive emails from this address or if required, add it to your safe sender list.

Once you have clicked on the redemption link enclosed in your email, that voucher is considered redeemed. All enquiries are best directed back to the participating business to find a resolution as to why the voucher is not working.

After the expiry date, your voucher cannot be reissued or refunded.
