The easiest way to manage your health cover is to log in to your nib account in the nib App or in member account. Submit a claim, update your personal details, check your remaining benefits, review your claims history, access your nib Rewards and more. Depending on your policy, you can also change your level of cover or excess at any time in member account.
Make the switch to email
Switch to email and you'll have access to exciting rewards and new tools to help you manage your cover. You'll get access to the nib App too, which means you can check your limits, submit claims, securely pay your premiums and update the email address for everyone on your cover.
Log in to your member account
Go to My nib at the top of the website.
Once the log in page appears, select Login.
Enter the email address or phone number registered to your policy and select Next.
If you choose to log in with your phone number, then you will also be prompted to enter your member number. Your member number can be found on the front of your nib card.
A verification code will be sent to you. Enter the code and select Next.
Log in to the nib App
Download the nib App from the App Store or Google Play.
Open the app and select Log in.
Enter the email address registered to your policy and select Next.
A verification code will be sent to you. Enter the code and select Next.
You’ll then be prompted to enable Touch ID or facial recognition and a 4-digit pin for easy login in the future.
